Answer:
Each country has its own distributor. Go to www.feltbicycles.com ad click on your appropriate country for contact information.

Question:
I am from "insert country here" I would like to be sponsored,
who do I send a resume to.
Answer:
We handle the team riders in the USA, for "insert country here" you need to contact the "insert country here" distributor. Please look in the dealer locator for contact information.

Question:
I am really good on a bike; please sponsor me.
Answer:
Send all BMX resumes to info(at)feltbicycles.com, you have to type in the @ symbol.

Question:
My "insert part" is broken, is this covered under warranty.
Answer:
All Felt Warranty has to go through a Felt dealer. Take the bike to the Felt dealer and they will call our Customer Service Dept.

Question:
My Felt has a scratch in it, can you please send me some touch up paint.
Answer:
Felt does not have touch up paint available. We have found the best way is to visit a hobby shop and they usually have a wide variety of touch up colors. You can also check with your local bike shop, the bikes usually come with a very small bottle and some shops may save these. The shop may or may not save them.

Question:
I cannot find a local dealer that carries your product. How do I buy directly
from you?
Answer:
Felt bicycles and parts must be purchased from an authorized Felt dealer. We have an online store that we sell softgoods and small specialty parts only.

Question:
I have a 2004 Felt Sector XL that I have just re-painted; can you send
me some replacement stickers?
Answer:
At this time we do not sell frame sticker kits, we are working on this please check back in a few months.

Question:
I am looking for a F80 in a 56cm can you find on for me?
Answer:
We do not have a way of tracking what each store has in stock. Contact your local Felt dealer and they can get you this information.

Question:
I just purchased a new Felt. How do I register it?
Answer:
Felt does not have a registration process. Your receipt from your dealer is your proof of purchase. Warranty issues can be solved at any Felt dealer with your proof of purchase.
Question:
My dealer did not give me an owners manual when I purchased my bike, please send me one.
Answer:
If your dealer does not have an owners manual for you, we have it available online to download. Go to the download section and chose the correct one.
